Are you aged 55 or over?  Or are you supporting an older Romani (Gypsy) or Irish Traveller person who may need a littler help?

You do not need to manage alone.

Our friendly, confidential service can help you understand your options, access support and stay connected.

We can support you with the following:

Money and Benefits – Benefit and Pension checks, applications and follow up

Your home – adaptions and disabled facilities grants

Health and Care – Access to GP’s, community health, adult social care and other services

Digital Support – Online forms, accounts, appointments and every day digital tasks

Connection and Wellbeing – Regular contact, community activities and opportunities to meet others

Planning Ahead – Trusted support with later life and end of life planning

The project is for Romani (Gypsy) and Irish Traveller people aged 55 and above

A confidential and person-centred service; culturally appropriate support; clear expectations; referrals and advocacy;

Your voice matters - Older community members will help shape the project through an Elders Steering Group

We will treat your information with care, explain confidentiality and limits and work within TM's Safeguarding procedure
